The breakfast was a feast with a stellar range of pastries and a warm atmosphere. Plus, the staff was charming, especially Patricia, who turned my mornings into a delightful experience with her humor!

Location isn't exactly central. a trek is needed for any local amenities, including a decent convenience store. The restaurant's menu is limited and remains unchanged, making dining in a bit monotonous over an extended stay. Rooms show signs of wear with stains on the walls and some bathroom fixtures in need of care.

Positive, The room was clean with a comfortable bed and a coffee machine. I loved the private spa access, and it was quiet for relaxation. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The drinks vouchers for skipping cleaning were a nice touch. 🌟

I had a wonderful experience during my short stay. The check-in was smooth, and Catarina at the front desk went above and beyond to recommend a great itinerary for exploring Coimbra. The breakfast was impressive with a diverse selection, and I loved relaxing by the pool.

The NH Coimbra Dona Ines surprised me with its spacious standard room, clean and tidy from top to bottom. I couldn't get enough of that wonderful breakfast, especially the wide selection of pastries. However, the air conditioning did not cool the room properly, which was a little disappointing. The staff were generally polite, but there was a lack of warmth at the front desk. It felt a bit off when the receptionist didn't acknowledge me upon check-in until I prompted them. While the hotel is a nice 20-minute walk from the old town, it's mostly in a quieter area, which could be a downside for someone looking for action right outside their door. Also, the WiFi connection was spotty at times. Overall, the room's comfort and breakfast were great, but the service and some amenities left room for improvement.

It wasn't cheap, but you gotta accept it, considering what you get.

Our stay was amazing! The breakfast spread was delightful, especially the fresh pastries, and the view from our room overlooking the pool was a perfect way to start the day. However, the pool area could have been a tad bigger. I’d definitely come back!
